Spencer Gluck is Guy Carpenter's manager of the Instrat^® Western Region team in Seattle. With more than 28 years of experience in the insurance business, Spencer has had deep exposure to many lines of business and to large complex ART transactions. Prior to joining Guy Carpenter he was Chief Actuary at Gerling Global Financial Products and Head of Actuarial Services at Swiss Re New Markets.

Spencer is a graduate of Cornell University with a B.A. in mathematics and an M.A. in education. He also holds FCAS and MAAA designations.
